Thank you for shopping at CanopyGo! We strive to provide you with high-quality outdoor camping tables and chairs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging. Outdoor gear can be easily damaged during transit, so original packaging is required to ensure a safe return.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us first at our customer service email: popselliottgouldo@gmail.com.

  • Please include your Order Number, reason for return, and photos of the product/packaging to verify its condition.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Since camping tables and chairs are bulky/heavy items, shipping costs can be significant. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank or credit card issuer).

6. Damages and Issues (Inspection upon Delivery)

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at popselliottgouldo@gmail.com.
