Welcome to CanopyGo! We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality outdoor camping tables and chairs, and we want to ensure your shopping experience is seamless from checkout to delivery. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Fees (Free Shipping Always)

  • We are thrilled to offer Free Shipping on all orders shipped to the Continental United States. There are no hidden fees or shipping charges at checkout.

  • Note: Currently, our free shipping policy does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico). If you need shipping to these locations, please contact us prior to ordering.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • During high-volume periods (such as holiday sales) or severe weather conditions, processing may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time within the United States is 5-10 business days.

  • Please note that actual delivery dates may vary based on the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.), local transit conditions, or remote delivery addresses.

4. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number(s).

  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.

5. Delivery Inspection (Important Note)

  • Since camping tables and chairs are bulky and heavy goods, outer packaging can occasionally experience wear during transit.

  • Please inspect the package upon arrival. If you notice severe damage to the box, please take photos before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the items inside are affected.

6. Wrong Address & Address Corrections

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any additional costs incurred to reship the package will be the customer's responsibility.
